Company Constitution revised and name change to Allied Farmers Limited with new Companies Act. (Allied Farmers had existed previously when North Auckland Farmers merged with Farmers Auctioneering Co. in the Waikato to form Allied Farmers Limited. This company was then taken over by the Elders and they discarded the name Allied Farmers).
2006
Allied Farmers acquired 100% of Prime Finance Limited to form Allied Prime Finance Limited.
2007
Nationwide Finance was acquired from Hanover Group creating Allied Nationwide Finance Limited.

MyLivestock.co.nz was launched.

Allied Farmers Wools Limited was divested ending the company’s involvement in the wool industry which dated back to the establishment of the Wanganui Woolstore in 1918.

Allied Farmers acquired 50% of New Zealand Rural Land Management Limited (NZRLM) on a successful IPO of New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZL) on the NZX (21 December 2020).
Christopher Swasbrook becomes a Director and receives 9.55% of the issued capital of Allied Farmers as one of the three founders that sold 50% of NZRLM to Allied Farmers - the other founders were Richard Milsom and Hayden Dillon who also received 4.34% and 3.47% respectively as settlement for their divested stakes in NZRLM.
2021
Ross Verry, Marise James and Richard Perry resign from the Board of Allied Farmers. Mark Franklin is appointed Independent Chair of Allied Farmers joining Philip Luscombe and Christopher Swasbrook as Directors.

Allied Farmers announces that it is winding down Rural Funding SolutioNZ Limited (RFS) and subsidiary New Zealand Farmers Livestock (NZFL) entered into a referral arrangement with Heartland Bank to provide livestock financing to its client base.
