Attached to this letter is a copy of the Simplified Disclosure Document dated 23 November 2009 that the Company is to send to each investor in Hanover Finance Limited, United Finance Limited and Hanover Capital Limited that provides those persons with information concerning the new shares in Allied Farmers Limited which are to be offered to them under the Allied Farmers Proposal.

Shareholders are advised that there is a typographical error on page 12 of the Explanatory Notes that accompanies the Notice of Meeting – the reference to “Allied Nationwide Limited” should be a reference to Allied Nationwide Finance Limited.
