ALLIED FARMERS INVESTMENTS LIMITED

AFIL is the holding company for the loans, investments and property assets acquired from Hanover and United Finance in December 2009:
 

AFIL is comprised of two general operating divisions:

• Finance - which holds various loans secured over properties and other assets;
   

  and

• Property - which hold real estate and related trading businesses such as golf course, restaurant and accommodation services.

The overall focus of the business is to manage and realise best value for all assets through loan recovery and property sales.
 

Strategies for recovery are varied dependant upon the specific circumstances of each asset.  The objective is to structure and maintain each asset so as to maximise its value over time, to achieve the best possible financial or strategic return for Allied Farmers.
